My friend keeps on telling me I'm short. Just cause he is taller than me does not make me short. I mean is 5'3 really short. I think that it is average size for a girl lol. I may be wrong. So help me out is 5'3 really short???? LOL let me kno tell the truth.

nah. 4'foot something is short in my opinion.
So called "short females" are usely the sexiest one anyway lol in my experience anyway.
